I provide talks and workshops both for groups of individuals and companies. I have run successful full-day taster workshops in companies such as Twinings and Intel as well as shorter events in people’s homes. I’ve presented on the subject of nutrition and stress management to various audiences ranging from performers to carers, students to professionals. I do some of my corporate work through a specialised company called the FeelGoodCo., who excel in bringing wellness into the workplace.

The talks / workshops usually last between 60 and 120 minutes including Q&A. Talk topics covered include  'Stress - how to increase our resilience through food and lifestyle', 'Brain boost – top tips on good cognition', 'Nutrition for Healthy Ageing' and 'Optimal weight –getting there and maintaining it'.  I often keep the format open and interactive, welcoming participant engagement while ensuring everyone’s questions get answered.

My taster workshops focus on simple and tasty vegetarian or vegan smoothies, dips, salads and foods which require minimal preparation on site. You will learn about the nutritional value of the ingredients as well as gain expert tips on healthy eating and lifestyle. The combination of a talk and a demonstration takes usually 90 minutes to 2 hours.
