Changing old habits is often the biggest challenge in weight management and in adopting new health behaviours.

To help this process, experienced hypnotherapist Cheyne Towers (MBAThH, GQHP) uses cognitive hypnotherapy, a safe and effective tool designed to harness the full positive potential of the focused mind and will. 

The approaches and techniques used by Cheyne are a combination of indirect hypnosis and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). This means that the clients’ first session focusses on discovering the root of the problem and any undesired patterns of behaviour. All new clients are requested to reserve two hours for their first appointment. The subsequent follow-up sessions last 60-75 minutes, and work on reinforcing positive change.

Cheyne’s weight-loss program consists of five sessions with each of the sessions focussing on a particular aspect of creating positive, sustainable change in weight management.
